Weather Telemetry

The Weather Telemetry panel displays environmental sensor readings from the DJI Dock 2's onboard weather station. These readings are used to determine whether conditions are safe for deployment.

Overview

DJI Dock 2 includes a built-in weather station that reports environmental conditions at the dock location in real time. The dashboard surfaces these readings so operators can make informed decisions about flight deployment without relying on third-party weather services.

This panel is visible when a DJI Dock 2 is selected and online.

Weather Thresholds

Configurable thresholds determine when the dock system automatically halts deployment:

ParameterDefault ThresholdConfigurable
Max wind speed12 m/sYes
Min temperature-20°CYes
Max temperature45°CYes
Rain detectionAny rainYes

Thresholds are set in Settings > Dock > Weather Limits.

Weather Hold

When sensor readings exceed a configured threshold, the dock enters a Weather Hold state and will not deploy the aircraft. The dashboard displays a banner indicating which threshold triggered the hold.
